We ask each guest to bring a can good/non-perishable to be donated to the New Braunfels Food Bank. (This doesn't apply for children 5 & under)

This is a pet friendly venue. All pets must be UTD on shots including rabies. No aggressive dogs. All dogs must be on a fixed lead no longer than 6 feet. Flexi leads are not allowed. Female dogs in heat are not allowed.

What Covid-19 safety precautions will be taken at the event?
The safety of the community, patrons, sponsors and volunteers are of utmost importance. Hill Country Conferences has implemented measures to provide a safe environment for exhibitors, attendees and event staff.
The event shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies;
such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings.
COVID Protocol - Our entire event will continue to follow current state health and safety guidelines closely. Masks are recommended, but not required.
