Be sure to check out our silent auction fundraiser for DaisyCares indoors at the event. DaisyCares is a local pet pantry for our community and is a part of the NB Food Bank. Donations of pet food will be accepted at the event.

Where is this event being held?

Columbus Club Hall, 111 Landa Street, New Braunfels, Texas 78130

Is parking free?

Parking is free and available on a first-come basis.  Parking on adjacent streets and Landa Park is also available. 

What is the admission cost?

Adult admission is $10 and child $5. Children 3 years and under are free.

Where can I purchase tickets?

Tickets are available at hillcountryconferences.com

Is Wi-fi available?

Wi-fi is available inside the Columbus Club Hall but is not available outdoors.

Are pets allowed?

This is a pet friendly event. All pets must be UTD on shots including rabies. No aggressive dogs. All dogs must be on a fixed lead no longer than 6 feet. Flexi leads are not allowed. Female dogs in heat are not allowed.

Is there an ATM on-site?

Yes there is an ATM available inside the building. 

Are strollers allowed at the event?

Yes strollers are permitted.

How do I register to be a vendor/sponsor?

Visit the Hill Country Conferences website and select the event in which you would like to register for and fill out the application form.

I'm a member of the media? How do I make arrangements for a media pass?

Contact info@hillcountryconferences.com to request media passes or visit the admission booth during the event to gain access.

Where do I request a refund?

No refunds are available for Hill Country Conference events.

What Covid-19 safety precautions will be taken at the event?

The safety of the community, patrons, sponsors and volunteers are of utmost importance. Hill Country Conferences has implemented measures to provide a safe environment for exhibitors, attendees and event staff.

The event shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies;
 such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings.

COVID Protocol - Our entire event will continue to follow current state health and safety guidelines closely. Masks are recommended, but not required.
