    Booths are assigned on a first-come basis. The floor plan is subject to change.
      • Insurance

        Exhibitors are required to carry a G/L insurance policy listing "Hill Country Conferences" and "New Braunfels Civic/Convention Center" as additionally insured. If you do not carry a G/L Policy you can be added to the HCC event policy for $45. Please indicate if you want to be added to the HCC event policy.
  • Tables & Chairs
    One 6 ft table and as many chairs as you need are included in the cost for each booth. Each additional 6 ft table is $15 to rent and includes both days.

    Please note the following changes regarding Table Coverings. Exhibitor MUST bring their own table covering. $50 PENALTY for uncovered tables will apply.

Billing

After submitting this registration form you will be sent an invoice to the email address you have listed above. Payments can be made online with a credit or debit card.
If mailing a check, the payable and mailing address will be included on the invoice, and share your payment intentions with us - info@hillcountryconferences.com.

VERY IMPORTANT!! A 50% deposit will be required to hold your selected booth. Deposits must be paid within 10 days from registration. The remaining balance is due 30days prior to the show date.
The full balance is due if registration is within 30days of the show date!
